Job Description: As a Coffee Barista at CaptainCutz, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming customers and providing exceptional service
• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages
• Ensuring quality and consistency in every cup
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
• Assisting with inventory management
• Upholding sanitation standards and hygiene practices

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
• Excellent interpersonal skills
